The Campus

A World Designed for Discovery

A beautiful eight-acre campus on the shores of Geneva Lake, set on pristine woodlands that adjoin Yerkes Observatory โ€” considered the birthplace of modern astrophysics โ€” and the former campus of George Williams College.

Planned in harmony with land, water, and sky, the design preserves 81% of the natural landscape, adds 220 trees, and restores the grounds with native vegetation.

A Few Things to Know

Think pretty but comfortable. Friday evening is cocktail attire, Saturday is something nice for the day that carries you into a lovely evening, and Sunday brunch is relaxed โ€” wear what makes you happy. One tip from experience: Williams Bay gets cool once the sun goes down in October, so tuck a wrap or a layer in your bag.
Not a thing. Your room, the meals, the evenings together โ€” it's all been taken care of, with love. All you have to do is say yes and show up ready to enjoy it.
It's a cozy, close-knit weekend with a limited number of seats, so it's really meant for you. If there's someone you'd love to bring, just mention them when you RSVP and we'll see what we can do.
We've got you. There'll be shuttles running between the hotel and both venues all weekend, so you can leave the car keys behind. We'll send you the pickup times once you're confirmed.
Just let us know โ€” there's a spot to tell us on the RSVP, and the kitchen will quietly take care of the rest. No one should be fussing over their plate this weekend.
If you can let us know by July 1st, that would be wonderful. Spaces are limited and we're holding one with your name on it โ€” so the sooner you tell us yes, the better.
